Grounds for Filing a Complaint
The Customer may file a complaint in the event of:
- Identifying non-conformities during project implementation
- Noticing irregularities during a training course or inspection
- Technical problems with access to digital products
- Product non-conformity with the description
How to File a Complaint?

What Should a Complaint Include?
- Customer details (first name, surname, address, email)
- Order or contract number
- Description of the non-conformity or problem
- Customer's request (e.g. refund, repair, replacement)
- Documentation (if available)
Deadlines
- Deadline for filing a complaint: no later than 14 days from the completion of the service or the discovery of the problem
- Processing time: response within 14 days of receiving the complaint (by email or telephone)
