Grounds for Filing a Complaint

The Customer may file a complaint in the event of:

  • Identifying non-conformities during project implementation
  • Noticing irregularities during a training course or inspection
  • Technical problems with access to digital products
  • Product non-conformity with the description

What Should a Complaint Include?

  • Customer details (first name, surname, address, email)
  • Order or contract number
  • Description of the non-conformity or problem
  • Customer's request (e.g. refund, repair, replacement)
  • Documentation (if available)

Deadlines

  • Deadline for filing a complaint: no later than 14 days from the completion of the service or the discovery of the problem
  • Processing time: response within 14 days of receiving the complaint (by email or telephone)
