Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the GTR Engineering Sp. z o.o. online store and for purchasing digital products and services.

• Customer - a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organisational unit making a purchase
• Consumer - a customer who is a natural person making a purchase unrelated to their business activity
• Digital product - digital content (online courses, e-books, video materials, webinars, tests, templates)
• Digital service - a service provided electronically (platform access, consultations, webinars)
• Order - a declaration of intent aimed at concluding a sales agreement

3. Type and Scope of Services

Categories offered:

• Online courses and training in anti-corrosion and FROSIO inspection
• E-books and educational materials
• Webinars and live training sessions
• Individual online consultations
• Access to closed groups and communities
• Diagnostic tests and preparatory materials

Technical requirements:

• A device with internet access
• An up-to-date web browser
• An active email account

4. Placing Orders and Concluding a Contract

Orders can be placed online 24/7.

Purchase process:

1. Select a product/service
2. Provide your details (first name, surname, email, invoice details)
3. Accept the Terms and Conditions
4. Choose a payment method and complete the payment

The sales agreement is concluded upon the Seller's receipt of the payment.

5. Prices and Payment Methods

• All prices are gross prices (VAT included) in PLN
• The price is binding at the time the order is placed

Available payment methods:

• Online payment (BLIK, Tpay, payment cards)
• Traditional bank transfer
• 0% instalment payment (if available)

VAT invoices are issued upon the Customer's request.

6. Order Fulfilment and Access to Products

Access to digital products is granted automatically upon payment confirmation, no later than within 24 hours.

Delivery methods:

• Download link sent by email
• Access to the training platform
• Materials sent by email

Access duration is specified in the product description - unless stated otherwise, access is unlimited.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Applies to Consumers only.

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period: 14 days from the date of concluding the contract or from the date of receiving the digital product.

How to withdraw:

• Written notice sent to the registered office address

Refund: within 14 days using the same payment method that was used to make the payment.

Exceptions - loss of the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply when:

• The contract concerns digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, for which the consumer is obliged to pay, and the Seller has commenced performance with the consumer's prior express consent
• The contract for the provision of services, for which the consumer is obliged to pay, has been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent

8. Complaints

The Seller is obliged to deliver a product that is in conformity with the contract.

The Seller shall process complaints within 14 days of receipt.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital products are subject to copyright and are legally protected.

The Customer acquires the right to use them solely for personal use.

It is prohibited to:

• Share materials with third parties
• Copy, distribute, or resell them
• Use them for commercial purposes without written consent

10. Personal Data Protection

The controller of personal data is GTR Engineering Sp. z o.o.

11. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply (Civil Code, Consumer Rights Act).

Out-of-court dispute resolution:

• ODR Platform: the platform was discontinued in July 2025. Details: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu
• Amicable consumer courts at the Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes shall come into effect 14 days after publication.
